The nurse practitioner that see my children, Natalie Avery, is very sweet and listens. She is very helpful and I patient. Dr. Snowden who has also seen my kids and myself, listens and is very understanding. The wait time for appointments can be long but it's a doctor's office and sometimes patients run behind, doctors get emergency phone calls, hospital rounds take longer than expected ect..so they run late at times. But overall, a great place and good experiences for our family.
Dr. Snowden and the Family Practice Associates staff make you feel really comfortable while there. I also saw one of the Nurse Practitioners at this facility and was amazed at how friendly she was. They have always made an effort to get me in for an appointment whenever I need one and really take the extra time to help you understand what they are doing and the medical plan they have for you.
