I was amazed at how friendly, fast, and efficient they were! I went in for an oil change and left within 20 minutes, AND they even aired up my tires for free! I will definitely be coming back!

Quick and fast. Only complaint: They changed the oil, oil filter and cabin filter before I could finish my coffee. Definately will return. :-)
Phenomenal place. My oil change was super fast, but I received an apology "for my wait." I was confused, it took a fraction of the amount of time any other place has changed my oil.
Waiting room was air conditioned, clean, and overall a pleasant place to sit as my car was taken care of.
I will be back, and I will be recommending to everyone I know.
I took my car into Big O Tires and got a brake inspection on my 2007 Pontiac grand prix. I told them the price range i was working with, they said no problem, they had me make an appointment. Took it in to get it looked at and i was told it would cost roughly 800 dollars for brakes and rotors. I called down to Warrensburg Quick Lube and Tire on a Saturday, and they got me right in. Turns out i did not need rotors, I just needed new brake pads. I ended up paying 156 dollars vs the 800 dollars i would have had to pay. Amazing customer service. Honest gentlemen. 5 out of 5 stars. Definitely will have my business in the future. 100% recommend to anybody who needs work done on their vehicle.
