  I am a new permanent resident of Missouri from Central Ohio. withing the past year I was introduced to the art of wine tasting and whiskey distillation through various tours within MO. I have expanded my interest into not only collecting MO wines, but more recently into the finest bourbon, cognac, etc. I have inquired multiple personnel at some of the finer establishments in the central MO and Northwestern KS areas. When I entered the establishment at 1034 S. Maguire St., Warrensburg, MO I was delightfully surprised. I was cordially greeted upon entering the store, provided concise and professional advise and quickly established what will be a long-term retail relationship with the knowledgeable staff. More specifically I would like to thankfully acknowledge Jake for his relentless patience to listen to my inquiries, precise pedagogy pertaining to foreign items, and overall well-rounded suggestions. I would like to recognize Jo for his cordial conversationalist style in determining my interests and customer-preferred style, and valuing balance of both palate and panache. Important to all customers, I have not wasted time and money needlessly on overrated, over marketed brands. ERGO, don't waste your time, MONEY and energy to shop anywhere else in the area. Discount Liquor and Smokes located at 1034 S. Maguire St., Warrensburg, MO is the ONLY source you will ever need!

  Use it everyday, the staff are awsome. Customers are a bit cooky but it's fast service.

  This liquor store has it all: discount smokes, and also liquor. It also functions as a complete Indian grocery store.
  
  Beer selection is decent enough for the convenience, although I wish they had a little more variety in the coolers and not on the shelves. Nice bourbon selection, although they don't carry Rieger at this time.

  The people especially George is very customer oriented always nice and polite and eager to help you find a product or find out if they can get it for you. The prices are competitive. I would recommend this store to all my friends
