They are honest, straightforward and supportive of both sellers and buyers. They do have employees that are less than professional and don’t know how to treat customers courteously or professionally. I had a recent situation where I was treated unprofessionally. I made mention of it to the on site manager. I received a phone call from the owner of the company wanting details of the occurrence. He also apologized. So- like any small business, they are challenged with finding and retaining good help.
