Love this shop. Whoever runs it knows how to keep quality people staffed in a market where thats quite difficult to do. Honest to God friendliness and professionalism keeps me coming back to this store specifically.

Have taken my 2018 Ford F-150 here for oil changes, Joe is very helpful, knowledgeable and always courteous. We were talking about camping and I mentioned I had a camping trailer and he offered if I wanted that he would check out the axles since it is a 2007 model. I brought it in and glad I did as the wheel bearings needed to be greased. Very thankful and appreciative Joe brought it up. I highly recommend this location for servicing your vehicles, ask to speak to the manager Joe he will help you with any problems or service needs you have.

If you are needing to get your vehicle worked on by reliable mechanics then this is the place to go to. The customer service is outstanding. Go see Lorin and she will take great care of you. Definitely recommend.

Today when my boyfriend and I went into Big O Tires on Potomac St in Centennial, we received the best customer service ever. Charlie and Stacey took care of everything we needed in such a short amount of time. I was very impressed with the way those two handled the situation and helped us resolve the problem. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future to get work done on my car.

This store has the best group of guys! I had the misfortune to run over a nail that went through the sidewall...ugh...no way to fix that! Called the store and talked with Joe. He ordered the tire in for me, called when it was delivered and set me up to come in. I was there for a little more than a half hour, start to finish. Impressive! Also...they topped off all the fluids and made sure the pressure in the other tires was on point! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
