“Dr. Harlan was kind to our 14 Year old son. Please form your own opinion on the comments from Paul Johnston below. For factual data, Mr. Johnston is not related to the patient. I am the patients father. I am appalled that someone with no say or relation to the patient can defame Dr. Harlan’s practice. Furthermore, I 100% cover the patient for insurance purposes. The surgery payment plan was clearly explained in advance. Furthermore, the refund was processed promptly when the insurance payment was received. I appreciate Dr. Harlan and everyone in his office going above and beyond to explain the process and answer all of my questions. Dr. Harlan’s experience with this type of hip surgery put us all at ease. I highly recommend this practice. You will have a positive experience.”

I have stayed because, I have been extremely impressed with the culture here, and the white glove service we provide to to the elderly. They treat us employees well, and that transcends a positive energy that the residents get experience with us. It truly is snowball effect. I personally have always loved the elderly, and I feel blessed to be around such wise, historic, motivational individuals on a weekly basis. It really is like a big family here, and some of the residents have been here 20 years + years, and same with some of the employee's. My sister, brother, and myself have all worked here , and loved it.
