(May 16, 2020, 12:52 pm)I was very nervous by the time I arrived for my appointment. Kevin took his time with me to answer any questions thoroughly, and prepared me for what to expect. Process was not painful for my first appointment to remove a ring finger tattoo, quick and felt like static electricity. Ideal atmosphere and experience. Friendly office staff. I was very pleasantly surprised and look forward to going back again!

(March 27, 2019, 1:26 pm)Kevin is very nice, friendly, respectful and extremely knowledgeable of the process of tattoo removal. I like how he charges by session instead of all upfront. Very fair pricing! He also doesn’t spam/ send a bunch of emails asking you to come back. I waited about 3 months in between a session and I didn’t feel pressured to come back, which was nice. It’s also a fast and easy process. Thank you

(October 20, 2018, 3:26 pm)I am only on my second session but I am seeing results and the staff here is amazing and Kevin is incredibly kind. The removal itself is definitely painful but Kevin does what he can to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend them!

He does a great job explaining the process and ensuring I am aware of what to expect. Scheduling is super easy. The office staff is superb. And, most importantly, we making progress on getting that tattoo off of me. It is surprising less expected that I thought it would be. I highly recommend!

I typed in “Tattoo removal Kansas City” on google and several came up, but only Undo had 5 star ratings. I called and talked to Kevin and scheduled an appointment for him to just look at my tattoos. He was super friendly and professional. I finished my third session of removing black ink about 2 weeks ago and my first session of color was today. It is very affordable and I am 100% happy with the results I’m getting.
