  Had a great experience at Menard's today. I am working on a custom project and needed some guidance. A sales representative helped me find everything I needed to finish my project. Great customer service!

  I love menards but this store has its ups and downs. Most of the time everyone is friendly and helpful. Sometimes I don't find what I'm looking for and some items stay out of stock for a while. Other then that i enjoy coming to this store.

  Clean, well kept store. Product is already neat on the shelves and the staff ready to help with questions. Not a fan of the lumber product area. I also think they try to have too many products in the store, reducing the amount of products they should be displaying. Many of their products are very well priced, and I have found a few very hard to find items.

  Not sure how they do it, but they always seem to have what I'm looking for when no one else does.
  
  Great parking lot. Well lit store, very clean and uncluttered aisles. Bathrooms are very clean. The checkout lines are a little different, but easy to get used to. Good visibility from the highway.
  
  It seems a little weird that they have groceries in there, and furniture, too, but they do. Not what I expected in a hardware store. Ended up buying my Halloween candy there this year.

  Went to Menards before going to Lowe's to find a vacuum cleaner. I had checked the prices and reviews before traveling out. I got to Menards and they had the Hoover upright on sale for $50 lass tgan I expected!! I also saw and purchased (2) gallon containers and they were on sale for $ 4.99. When I got to the register, the containers were an additional $1.00 off!! I also notice the Halloween decorations@ reasonable prices. I was very impressed !
