(January 10, 2019, 9:07 am)It was fine. Not exactly what we expected but it worked nicely. Beds were comfortable and clean. The shower was warm. The kitchenette was suitable for our needs. We had to request kitchen items from the front desk and dish soap was not included, but we worked around it. The kids enjoyed having several satellite channels to choose from. We only have basic cable home, so this was a treat.
Despite being pretty full during our stay, we were not disturbed by any other travelers. The Continental breakfast is basically muffins/granola bars and coffee, so we brought our own breakfast to make in the room. There were also several nearby restaurants to choose from. Overall, the place was well kept, not super fancy, well cared for, and the customer service was good. It was definitely worth the price for our family size. -

(October 28, 2018, 10:14 pm)Excellent service. Booked 3rd party but they were sold out of that room when I arrived. Was immediately upgraded and checked in. Super friendly staff. The room was very comfortable. Only thing I would change is a little bit hotter water in the shower but everything else was great. If I ever need a place in Kansas City again this will be the first place I go.

(August 27, 2018, 9:32 am)The staff here is TOP notch, very friendly, accommodating, willing to help with any problem and all with a smile on their face. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I travel for work and basically live in hotels this is definitely one of my favorites. If there was anything they could improve on it would be expanding their breakfast. Great choice
