I read the reviews before selecting this vendor. ALL of the reviews are correct! The owner comes and does the work himself. He carefully and meticulously cleaned my carpets. He showed himself to be a man of integrity not trying to sell you things that you neither want or need. I HIGHLY recommend this vendor - and I don't easily endorse anything or anyone.
We have used Brooke's Chem-Dry a few times now. They have always done a spectacular job! The carpets look brand new every time! Our three kids love to thrash them and somehow Brooke's gets them back to looking great again! This last time we had them do some furniture in addition to the carpets. Also, spotless! We'll go back to them every time!
I was absolutely blown away by what an amazing job Steven did cleaning our couch. We have two kids under 5 and bought a white couch 2 years ago. It has had chocolate, apple juice, marker and red wine spilled on it. I had cleaned up as my ch as I could and decided to call a service. I never expected it to be completely clean, but Steven somehow managed to do it!
