  The business at this location was excellent! The staff was friendly. I was helped by John Brocato and he was very helpful, swift with business, and easy to talk to. He finished my account setup quickly, he told me it would take 15 minutes, he had me out of BOA in 10 minutes! Definitely recommend Mr.Brocato to everyone!

  I only go on Saturday's and at most 3X a year, but it's always been fine. Rarely a line and I am with a teller within 2 minutes.

  Had such a pleasant experience at this place was initially nervous because of all the bad reviews BUT I was helped by the front desk man (taller gentleman who is super nice!) And helped by Megan Thomas who set up my new account! She was so great and helped me out so well!

  The staff at this branch are the best by far. Megan was the first person my mother and I worked with and we have not stopped going to this location or seeing her ever since. My mother had some interesting issues with her accounts and Megan was able to be compassionate, thorough and helpful. Megan also helped me with handling my father's estate. She is truly a gem. I hope upper management knows how much customers return just because of the level of customer service that she and others like Ben and the rest of the staff provide!

  This was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I met with John about a potential auto loan and he didn't ever talk me into it and heard me out on my situation. He gave me some great life advice and I was sure to thank him for it. I appreciate his honesty and realness!!
