  I have a friend that lives here. The only real down side is you may have to park fairly far from your apt and the whole place is kind of secluded. I would be worried for people that cannot defend themselves

  Very responsive management team on-site. The office employees are very helpful and really make an effort to assist the tenants. The maintenance team is always present taking care of apartments and communal areas and respond to maintenance issues quickly. I use the small gym onsite and it meets my fitness requirements and it is clean. The location of the apartments is perfect for easy access to highway, shops&restaurants and trials off route 152 to get some good exercise. I chose not to have the washer/dryer installed in the apartment and I have no complaints about the laundry room. It is clean and in working order and never crowded and I can pay using an App.

  Great place to live. The apartments have recently been remodeled and mine had brand new carpet and looked perfect when I moved in. Everyone on staff has been delightful to work/interact with and any maintenance requests I've had have been taken care of in 24 hours or less.

  Just signed my renewal for my second year here at the lakes! Office staff is friendly and maintenance always responds promptly to my requests! Would recommend the lakes for anyone looking to live in the zona rosa area and not burn a hole in their pockets!
