(July 6, 2016, 10:27 am)I was forced to attend the guys night out and was dreading it, but I actually had a lot of fun. The instructor was super cool and everybody in class was really enjoyable. It is an excellent workout, with some of the best features of different fitness classes all wrapped into one. I was feeling it for about 3 days after. I highly recommend giving it a try. Like I said, I was dreading it, but actually had a lot of fun.

After having three kiddos and spending very little time on myself, I decided 2016 was the year I was going to focus more of my attention on me. When I found out Pure Barre was opening in ZR, my very-wise, younger sister said, "just try it; see if you like it". I signed up for their New Client Special and gave it a month. I. LOVED. IT. The workout is low-impact and highly effective. I have definition in my thighs and arms. I've lost a pant size and am so excited about the results! I look forward to going to class because the studio is so inviting, the instructors are so positive, and most importantly, because of the way I feel when I've completed the workout. In the words of my wise younger sister - "just try it and see if YOU like it"!

(May 22, 2016, 4:53 pm)Loved it! My first group class and everyone was friendly and helpful. The instructor was intuitive and aided when necessary. I will definitely be coming again. I also like the fact there are multiple times throughout the day, extremely early for those early birds and late so you can come after work.

(May 17, 2016, 11:52 pm)I absolutely love this place. Not only is it an amazing full body work out it is also such a pleasant place to be. The instructors know everyone by name and are all so helpful with technique questions. I am SO happy this studio opened up here at Zona!

(April 11, 2016, 12:01 pm)Pure Barre has been just as exciting of a workout as I had hoped it would be. I've been attending classes since January and I've seen my body change quickly! Toning my seat and legs, but as a bonus seeing my arms and waist sculpt as well. I am obsessed with the workouts, completing the 55 minutes each day gives me a sense of accomplishment in my daily routine to do something for myself and help me meet my fitness goals. The instructors are amazing, so positive and encourage you every step of the way. Give Pure Barre a try, I'm sure you will be coming back for more!!!! :)
