She listened to our wants and needs and was very attentive when dealing with all of our insurance needs! I felt like I was talking to a friend ! (August 23, 2016, 5:47 pm)I've gotten my auto insurance with Rebecca Walker at Northland for 4 or 5 years now and she's always been incredible to work with. Like clockwork I call her every six months and she never makes me feel like I'm a hassle. More importantly though I get the sense that she genuinely cares about my needs, which means more to me than anything else. If you're not at least calling her for a quote you're doing yourself a tremendous disservice. I cannot recommend her enough!

(May 20, 2016, 8:39 pm)I've gone through Northland Independent for several years, at least 6, and would not consider switching at this point. Leon (whom I've only ever dealt with on the phone) is awesome! I not only feel like he is always looking to save us money on our policies and get us the best coverage, but he is super pleasant and prompt. I have from time to time gotten quotes from other agents to compare where we are at and we are always quoted hundreds more. Questions that I have about our policies are always answered immediately, I have always felt like a top priority. To say I'm pleased is an understatement.

She helped me find new insurance providers when I relocated to KC from Iowa, and a year later she helped me with insurance for my new home! She found us an amazing deal TWICE. Seriously, she's the best!

I did a lot of research before selecting an insurance provider (Allied) for home and auto and Northland Independent Group was very helpful in selecting a company and policy that met my needs. The coverage is great and the price is better than any other I was quoted by competitors. I had to file a homeowners claims (hail storm) just 2 months after having the policy and the adjustor came out very quickly and released a check to us immediately. I would highly recommend Rebecca and her partner at Northland Independent Group as they are both very knowledgeable and personable people which made my choice very easy.
