“I had a rough experience with UPS, but an awesome experience with this store! I dropped off a 120lb package at this store and charged its shipping to my company's UPS account. The package went to California where it was changed to be charged to a different account and its destination was changed to Oklahoma. My calls with the UPS call center resulted in me being told that the package was not mine and that I might have the wrong tracking number. There was little I could do. Brandon, the store manager at this store went through old video in the store where he could see the proper package label being applied, and verify everything there was handled correctly. He also referred me to the appropriate people at UPS to get the package mix up figured out. My package did ultimately reach its destination though it was a few days late. Brandon was VERY helpful in making that happen.”

However waiting for the cutting count was ridiculous we had ONE fabric that needed to be cut and waited for almost an hour. Yall need an Express lane for people with like 2-3 fabrics at most.
