This is the place to go! I actually drove in from out of town to look at glasses. I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful customer service. Mercedes was extremely patient with me trying on many pairs of glasses. She never seemed annoyed with how picky I was being. She also didn’t push anything on me but was great about making suggestions. When I returned to pick up my new glasses, Mercedes was again very helpful! I am very pleased. I feel like I got unique frames made with care. Rand and Janeel also seem to take such pride in their store and are so friendly! I enjoyed talking with them. My glasses have an exceptional warranty for possible scratches.
