Store tropolis and their office staff have been amazingly helpful. They run a clean and safe facility that I would be happy to recommend to anyone needing storage.

Having tried other storage lockers, I can say this blows anything else I've tried out of the water! I was warmly greeted upon arriving to finalize my reservation and everything was explained very clearly. The facility is climate controlled, has good elevators, and even a garage to pull into, very nice for keeping out of the cold and rain. The facility is very well maintained and even has carts available to help with moving. So glad I decided to try them!

I thought StorTropolis was a great place as far as storage locations go. I always felt safe with my items being there. The large garage and climate controlled location made it nice to move things in and out during the hot summers and cold winters. The price is a bit high but you are paying for a climate controlled location that is very nice and clean. Overall, great experience and would sign up again if I ever need storage.

What an amazing facility! It’s secure, well lit with cameras, gated, with a safe surrounding area, and very clean units with lots of storage options. The Assistant Manager, Antonela was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to offer options and services to meet my needs. Top notch customer service! Best experience I have ever had with a storage facility. I highly recommend!!
