  The staff is super friendly and professional. Our checkup + vaccine visit was quick, painless and fast. Also very affordable. Would recommend!

  If I could give them 10 stars I would. I originally called Platte Woods because my dog was diabetic and recently became epileptic and couldn't keep anything down, and they were the only office that was open. At the time I she was being seen at another vet office, so I didn't plan on them giving me much information with out seeing her. I spoke with Dr. Armstrong and he talked to me for the longest time explaining every little detail that could be going on with her as well as things to look for before I needed to bring her in. Then once I informed him that I was from the medical field he then went into even more detail to help me further understand and relate to what her body was going through. All of this for a dog that wasn't even a client there.
  Having a dog with all of these medical issues has been very tough on me. They have been there every step of the way to answer every question I may have with not just an answer but with reasons and descriptions to help me understand has made it so much easier. I have talked to multiple vets here, and each and everyone has been caring, empathetic and so knowledgable. I will never take her anywhere else!

  Had an emergency with my female cat Lulu. I felt the staff was very kind and professional! Considering it was an emergency situation I thought the price was very reasonable! Would highly recommend and will be taking my other animals there in the future!
