Love this place! The facilities are clean and impressive, the staff is friendly, and my Doctor was very helpful. I highly recommend it!

I have a positive experience with Dr. Rudloff treating my rare autoimmune skin disease. He has been very helpful to provide treatment, encouragement, script refills etc. There have been a few mix ups with the front desk as far as billing and relaying messages, but overall not a big problem. The secretaries and nurses have all been very cheerful. I have been going there a year and am very pleased.

This is my first time with a dermatologist. I called for an appointment on a Wed and got in the following Monday! This is unheard of in Kansas City! I went in and was greeted by the receptionist, filled out paperwork, was taken on a tour of their facility by a very friendly gal. Fifteen minutes later, I was seeing the doctor. Dr. Matthys was very friendly and concerned with my issue. He explained that sometimes there's a wait to get in, but they will work through lunches, if necessary, to see all the patients that are booked because he believes someone shouldn't have to wait 3 months to get in to see a doctor! I can appreciate that!
Overall, I liked this doctor, the facility and my experience.
