(May 6, 2017, 5:35 pm)I had recently decided to incorporate some "me time" in my life. I knew I wanted regular massages, but otherwise was not sure what to ask for. I scheduled an appointment with Sharla and she really took the time to understand what I needed. I never felt rushed or pigeon-holed. Sharla is very easy to talk to. Currently my body is carrying more weight than I'd like, but Sharla is void of any judgment; all I feel from her is acceptance and kindness. While I'm at the Parkville Life Center I feel at ease and leave feeling deeply relaxed. Sharla is truly gifted! I would highly recommend her to anyone.
