My husband and I recently used Daren for the purchase of a new home and sale of our previous home. We had specific location requirements regarding where we wanted to purchase. Daren extremely helpful and responsive in scheduling showings. But above all, what is most important to me is his honesty and integrity. There were a few homes, in our preferred location, that were not ideal for our buying situation and he proved to be a great sounding board and resource in talking through positives and negatives of each house.
