  I practice yoga at Om Prana Yoga and also just completed teacher training. Wendy Landry is an amazing teacher and leader in our community. The teacher training program is very thorough. You will grow your own practice and learn so much about the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga and how they can benefit your life. If you are considering a teacher training program, I highly recommend Om Prana Yoga and Consultants. If you want to be a part of a wonderful yoga community consider Om Prana Yoga!!

  I love this studio in the Northland. I took yoga at this studio twice a week during the entire duration of my pregnancy- the Move & Restore class with Wendy, and the Prenatal Yoga class with Tiffany. I firmly believe that yoga helped me have the natural birth that I hoped for. I used so many of the tools I learned in those classes when it was game time- physically, mentally, and emotionally. I moved the entire time I was laboring, and did a lot of meditating (which I trained for using restorative). Even afterwards in our postpartum room after delivery, I was doing yoga stretches in my ankles, wrists, and neck.
  
  I love the community that encompasses this studio as well and just cannot wait to get back to class.

  I have been attending classes at Om Prana Yoga on a fairly regular basis since it first opened 4 years ago. I continue to go because the owner and teacher, Wendy Landry, is fabulous. She knows how to make the practice of yoga accessible to absolutely anyone. Not only was she an excellent and insightful teacher when I first began practicing yoga at her studio, she has continued to challenge herself (and also her students) with additional training in reiki, Yoga Therapy and all sorts of other ways to incorporate yoga into ones life and practice. She is incredibly well-rounded as a teacher and I would bet that there is not another yoga teacher in the KC area that has her breadth of experience and training.

  Amazing studio! I love the environment that Wendy & Robb have created at Om Prana. Everyone at the studio has been welcoming and the energy always positive

  I love this studio and studying yoga with Wendy. I started 7 months ago and have increased my flexibility, energy, strength and vitality. I am calmer and happier since beginning. This studio is a great wellness resource and the healing energy that Wendy creates enables newcomers to feel comfortable and this is important since I had never practiced. There are often 3 or 4 levels in each pose she teaches so those who are beginners are practicing beside more advanced students and every level is celebrated! This is a joyful practice.
