  As a chef, I don't often get the chance to sit at the table and be served since I'm busy doing the work of service, but last Friday night I got the chance to dine at one of the most impressive, charming restaurants ever. Four friends from college days met up in Weston for 2 days of conversation, food and drink. We began our evening at NC and were delighted from the word go. Dish after dish on the prix fixe was incredible, with flavors distinct and delicious. Just as impressive as the food was the organization and mise en place of Chef Nick. I've never seen such a tiny workspace and he maximized every inch. It was fun watching him ply his craft for all to observe and take note. This is dining as it should be; deliberate, intentional and relaxing. This is not a place to be in a hurry to go somewhere else afterward. An night at NC is the entire evening's entertainment.

  We've been here twice and done the 4 course meal both times. EVERY single dish was superb. Can't go wrong. There's nothing like Noah's anywhere close to here. Wonderful and worth every penny.

  THE most delicious food in Weston! Perfect private date location as there’s only about 14 seats in this cozy restaurant. Very fair prices for the very high quality of food you get.
  
  If I win the lottery, Nick (the chef) will be the first person I call asking to be my personal chef. Sorry Gordon Ramsay!

  We came here last Friday night for a birthday and it was an incredible experience. Chef Nick can work some absolute magic. We did the prix fixe four-course menu and I'm not exaggerating at all when I say every course was some of the best food I've had. The manicotti was possibly the best pasta dish I can remember ever having. The restaurant is really clean and has great charm to it. We will definitely be coming back again.

  We really enjoyed this little gem in Weston. I think they'll need to expand soon. The freshness and preparation of each dish is perfectly executed. Andrea and Nick are a delightful couple, friendly and engaging. We had the 4 course prix-fixe and these are all healthy portions; very good value for the money! The place is small make reservations.
