  My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was perfect! The room itself is ridiculously cool and charming (if you're into rustic and historical, this is the place for you!). The owners were very communicative, warm, and hospitable. If you stay, be sure to sign up for the breakfast option - the breakfast is outstanding! The Lodge is also still walking distance from Weston's most interesting spots. All in all, I highly recommend The Coal House Lodge!

  My husband and I booked the Coal House for our anniversary. It was a great experience! The bed was very comfortable, breakfast reminded me of my grandmas cooking and we enjoyed the older music playing while having drinks at the bar downstairs. I recommend staying here for sure.

  The room was amazing and the staff was incredibly helpful and generous. After checking in we went to explore town, then came back to the coal house saloon (below the lodge) and had a delightful evening with the owner and her husband. Be sure to try their specialty drinks the four leaf clover and the saloon cider! We had a wonderful night's rest, and the breakfast we were served the next morning was amazing. Definitely will be coming back and telling all our friends about the coal house lodge!

  This environment was exactly what we were hoping for and it far exceeded expectations. The salvage lot is beautiful and purposeful. The room itself is delightfully creaky and quiet at the same time. Bath is relaxing. Easy to find, drive into town and start looking for the coal elevator! The sound of the train speeding through regularly is actually very soothing. The family is so welcoming and kind. Below the coal elevator is a saloon. Breakfast is exceptionally well done. We were well cared for. Thank you!
