  Patrick has done several projects at our house over the years. This includes everything from tiling our kitchen floor, to hanging display cases on the wall, to replacing drywall, to replacing light fixtures and water faucets. Patrick is always my first call when we have work that needs done. He is timely, the prices are fair, the quality is fantastic. He is also just a very nice guy. I highly recommend Guiett Home Solutions.

  We are very pleased with the deck that Patrick built for our home. Patrick built our new cedar deck in less than a week and kept us posted on the progress. He hauled off the old materials and cleaned up after the job was completed. Patrick began the work when he promised.
  We felt that Patrick's bid was reasonably priced. Patrick responded within a day or two to all our questions and was reachable via email or phone. In my opinion, Patrick was timely, responsive, reasonably priced, and professional. We will do business with him again.

  Patrick and his associate came exactly on time, accomplished all three of the agreed upon repair and installation projects in a timely manner, and with professional expertise and courtesy. They also completed the jobs in less time than their original estimate, keeping the cost at or less than we expected to pay. Finally, they also made sure we were satisfied with the work they did, and cleaned up neatly before leaving.
  We would happily call on them again anytime we need other repair work done, and we would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for a highly competent and professional home repair team. That is why we asked for business cards to keep for any future needs, and to share in referral with friends and family.

  Patrick has recently completed several home repair & replace jobs for us. His workmanship & work ethic are outstanding. He is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, great at quickly resolving issues that come up & his rate is very reasonable. We highly recommended Guiett Home Solutions!

  We highly recommend Patrick at Guiett home solutions. He has done so much work for us in a home we are remodeling. He is on time, honest, and does great work. He takes pride in his work, and will give you his opinion -- he won't force his opinion on you, he is just willing to share it with you. I appreciate this because it forces me to think through what I have planned to do. Sometimes we agree, and sometimes we don't, but it's always in a collaborative manner.
