John Dickey has taken care of my auto and home insurance over the course of many years. While I have not had a claim to comment how he would respond- every indicator is that he would be there. Every year I usually call him to review my policies and John almost always answers my call. In a few cases when he did not answer, but he returned my call very promptly. John is professional, respectful and takes his time answering any questions I have. John/agency has also provided the best pricing when I have compared other insurance companies.

I’ve used John Dickey for my insurance needs for many years. He’s always got my best interest in mind. If I have to make a claim he’s right there to help me every step of the way. Answers all my questions and concerns quickly. Let’s me know when there’s new and helpful things available. There’s no reason to shop around or check out other insurance agents because no one will beat his service. Give him a chance and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

John Dickey and Shelter Insurance have been the best insurance organization I've worked with personally. Me and my family use a wide array of their products to protect us and our property.
