Corey our plumber, was professional, personable and very respectful too. We are new to the St. Charles area and we hit the jackpot when we chose Arch Plumbing to come and do work for us! Highly recommend this company if you are looking for an honest, dependable and experienced plumbing company! Hats off to Denise in the office too. She was our first interaction and she got us in the schedule the same week we called.

Needed a shut off valve installed for ice maker line. Called Arch Plumbing to schedule an appointment which was scheduled a few days later. Received a call the same day stating they had a cancellation and could come the same day. Tony arrived and listened to what we were needing and within 45 minutes had our valve installed and water was flowing nicely from our refrigerator water dispenser. This was the first time we had ever used Arch Plumbing and was very happy with our service. I will use Arch Plumbing again in the future when needed and will recommend to anyone I know needing a plumber. Brady was great! He replaced pipes under our sink, fixed a leak, and installed a new faucet. He was very professional and offered great advice that saved us money. He did excellent work and we appreciate it!
