  Bret and Cody showed up on time and went over the services they were going to do. Once they were done, they walked through everything they cleaned to see if we were satisfied, which we were. They did an excellent job in a timely manner, and will definitely use this company again! I highly recommend Precise Carpet Cleaning!

  The team arrived a little before the service window, but called first to make sure it was okay, which was awesome. Even though they had to wait for me to get there, they were professional and patiently waited. Both gentlemen were very polite and professional and did a great job. They even showed me all the finished rooms so that I could say something if there was a problem, which there wasn't. I highly recommend them.

  I got a lot of quotes for carpet cleaning after a friend’s dog got sick all over our downstairs carpet. I wanted it done ASAP-I reached out requesting quotes Friday afternoon, Rich got back to me with less than an hour and got my scheduled for Monday. They were scheduled for the afternoon but had a cancellation so asked if they could come early. Which worked out great. Ricky and his assistant (Mark?) we’re very personable and professional, even allowing some consultation for add-on services (without trying to upsell). They spent much longer working than companies I’ve seen in the past. The results are outstanding for my basement carpet, sectional couch and recliner chair, stairs and small rug. The price point is a bit high, but when I’ve gone with cheaper companies in the past, I was always disappointed with results. So I feel like you get what you pay for. I’ll likely have them back to clean out air ducts. 100% recommend.

  We had some neighbors recommend Precise Carpet Cleaning for the HVAC and Vent Cleaning services a couple years back. The time finally came to get our system cleaned and they did not disappoint.
  
  Ther service was fair and affordable. Both techs were on time, professional and knowledgeable. I received multiple text messages, one when the technician was heading to our home which made it convenient for my spouse to plan around her workday. The other, when the job was complete.
  
  We will definitely be using their services in the future and will be recommending to our friends, family and neighborhood.

  Our carpets look great. They were very professional, timely, and courteous. We had 7 rooms, hallways, and stairs and it took about 2 hours. No surprise charges- exactly as quoted. They were also very quick about getting back to us on our initial request. We would definitely use this company again.
