I flew over 4,000 miles from Hawaii to begin treatment with Dr. Simckes for Ovarian Rejuvenation/Platelet Rich Plasma, which is currently considered an experimental treatment and my VA health insurance refused to cover it. Unlike my local fertility clinic - who kept pushing donor eggs - Dr. Simckes took the time to explain to me options beyond utilizing an egg donor. I am 44 years old with a history of infertility - I have at least one blocked Fallopian tube and endometriosis - I just had 75% of my left ovary surgically removed five months ago due to a gigantic ovarian cyst…To summarize, I have less than a 1% chance of conceiving using my own eggs without the Ovarian Rejuventation/PRP treatment due to extremely poor ovarian reserve and poor egg quality due to my advanced maternal age. Dr. Simckes listened to me, explained he charges less than half what other fertility clinics charge for this novel treatment because he’s not in it for the money but to help folks (which is why he went to medical school), and explained he offers novel treatments to women in their mid 40s because other fertility clinics have told them donor eggs are their ONLY option. International clinical research indicates maternal age is not an issue when PRP “awakens” dormant eggs. I am so very impressed by Dr. Simckes and his amazing staff that I will be returning for two more Ovarian Rejuventation/PRP treatments in August and September; I even volunteered to be part of the clinical study that Dr. Simckes is organizing. Dr. Simckes was incredibly gentle and KIND during both my appointments, and took time to LISTEN to me and answer ALL of my questions. It’s been four days since my procedure, which is not nearly as invasive or painful as Egg Retrieval, and I have had some light spotting and cramping. To me and my husband, the $5K investment in three PRP treatments is worth it - Ovarian Rejuvenation WORKS - and we intend to complete two IVF cycles with Dr. Simckes before considering the egg donor option. Hopefully we will be able to conceive utilizing my eggs and have a beautiful baby within 18 months! Baby dust or bust 🤰🏼🍼✨✨✨.

Our journey started with Dr. Simckes in 2019 and now our boy is almost 18 months old. Six months of treatments with our local fertility clinic lead us to no progress and no results. We decided to search other fertility clinics. Dr. Simckes has one of the highest reviews and one of the best bedside manners of them all. We had to travel several trips but it was the best decision we ever made. This is one exceptional, heart-warming doctor, who deeply cares, listens to you and is willing to think out of box to help in all the ways he can. Dr. Simckes asks very detailed questions and relates to his patients on a personal level. Additionally, the staff in the office is amazing. We cannot say enough good things about Denise. She is so kind, caring, and makes you feel like you are a priority with her prompt responses to all your questions. Our experience has been absolutely wonderful and we really feel that Dr. Simckes is a blessing to us. He is very thorough in his conversations with you, never making you feel like he is in a hurry and needs to get to the next patient. Everything from having your own fertility coach to Dr. Simckes’ constant research and desire to learn more about how to help you achieve a successful pregnancy, all set him far above other fertility doctors. We are forever grateful for Dr. Simckes and his staff. They are such a blessing to our entire family!

I hope I have enough room to write everything here. Dr. Simckes and his staff are AMAZING!! I started seeing the Fertility Partnership probably back in 2011/2012 because me and my husband were not getting pregnant on our own. Dr. Simckes diagnosed me with PCOS and we began treatment. I didn’t educate myself well enough about my condition and have to admit I didn’t always follow his instructions. He advised me of what we should do and i halfway did it, so of course we didn’t get any results for years. After doing things my way for years, I decided to just listen to him. Everyone there always took great care of me. People may complain about having to wait past the appointment time but I would always just remember that it’s not like they’re in the back twiddling their thumbs, things happen and he really gives his quality time when he does get you back in the room. After finally following his instructions we were able to get pregnant the first go of IVF. It’s very scary of course saving the money and not knowing the “odds” but we did our part the best we could and just prayed. We now have 2 beautiful 1 year old girls. We will never go anywhere else because everyone at Fertility Partnership is like family. We love them very much for helping us welcome the best gifts God could give us!

Dr. Simckes is a brilliant, kind, thoughtful physician with a helpful and courteous heart. He gave us our options crystal clear when we we mentally and emotionally drained and helped us to make a decision. He is the main reason we have our son "the gift of God" with us today. We love the staff and they were outstanding especially Ms.Denise who sailed with us through this tough process. Very grateful to this office.

I would highly recommend dr Simckes to anyone who is trying to have a baby. A freind of main recommend dr simckes to me and now i am expecting my first baby after 6 years of trying. At first appointment he found what was the issue with me, and then i did ivf. Unfortunately i did have miscarriage after 2 weeks, then i waited 2 months and decided for one round of iui and he decided to increase the dose of my medications and it worked. I am 39 weeks pregnant and could not be more happy and grateful .and his staff is very nice , especially Ashley
