I drive a 2007 Chevy that I want to keep on the road a few more years. It is the only vehicle I own, so I depend on it. I have received very courteous service with a good explanation of what needed to be done. I have called and have received repairs on Sundays. I feel secure in that I am driving a vehicle that is safe and still worth driving.

The night before I was about to go on a long trip, I began to notice a couple of issues in my car. I called Honest Affordable Auto Repair based on previous good reviews, and Joe offered to see it that night. He walked me through all the services he would perform on the phone in advance, and when I got there, he checked everything, took it for a test drive, and not only confirmed that the car was safe to drive but also gave me a lot of advice about how to make sure it stayed in good shape.
He explained how several of the parts in the car could wear, phrasing it in a way that was easy for me (a complete novice) to understand. He also answered some of my other questions about the car, giving me more peace of mind than I'd had in a while. All for a very reasonable price!
I really appreciated his willingness to help on such short notice, and I will be sure to return there for any future car troubles.
