First visit and everyone was so nice! Easy appointment scheduling, forms done ahead, and no dilation!! Dr. Joe was very thorough in his explanation and quick visit!

Dr. Joe was great! I wasn’t even a patient and came across his number looking for. 24 hour eye clinic. My eye had the worst pain. It felt like a glass shard was in it. It was blurry and watery and swollen. Nothing would help. I called him at MIDNIGHT and he picked up and gave me some suggestions and told me he would see me first thing. He did and my eye is feeling much better. I don’t want that to happen again, but I know if it does, Dr. Joe and the awesome staff at O’Fallon Family Eyecare will be there to help me.

We are coming here since 6 years but never got a chance to review till now, the Dr is so nice explains all the things about eyes and various technologies available very patiently, I really appreciate that. All other staff are super friendly and happy to answer any queries we or our kids have, clearly explaining about the insurance options and costs involved or the warranty of the frames/lenses. I want to join the 5 star review club too.👍
