  I love Enact! Enact is my favorite. I say this all the time about every class. Jessica focuses on movement, strength, flexibility and the wellbeing of each of Enact's members. She has truly built a community focused on body, mind and spirit. You can workout anywhere, but at Enact you have a posse of women ready to lift you up when life weighs you down.

  I am the last person that wants to workout and I am thrilled to have found a place that I can do that and enjoy it. There is a large variety of classes and the owner is very inspiring. The pricing is reasonable. Jessica and the other instructors make every effort to make everyone comfortable and included. If you are looking for an enjoyable place to work out be sure to check this one out.

  Working out at Enact is so much fun, it hardly feels like a workout at all! (Until the next day... then it DEFINITELY feels like you got a great workout! lol!) The members and instructors quickly felt like family. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. I absolutely love it here!!!!

  Jessica and her team at Enact Wellness are the complete package. After three successful years as a female business owner, I remain impressed with Jessica's enthusiasm and dedication to succeed. And by succeed, I mean not only her bottom line, but the success evidenced by her members' lifestyle changes, level of athleticism and dedication to her numerous workout options. She offers strength training, core training, barre and balance challenges, spinning classes, cardio options, not to mention nutritional programs and wellness retreats. There are classes for everyone, every age and every fitness level. Enact is a community - much more than a monthly membership. Wishing you much continued success!

  There are a variety of classes, small group training & individual training. I've followed the owner (Jessica) from her previous place of employment at Gold's gym to Enact Wellness Solutions. She's hands down is the best ever! She's passionate about people getting into the best shape both mentally & physically. I'm also a fan of their Life Wave bed to help treat my chronic pain. I highly recommend Enact Wellness Solutions!
