  My experience with stl.carz was good the salesman was nice caring and polite to work with. When it was time to get the vehicle they even paid uber to get me from work. I did have some issues with the vehicle but they took care of them and me

  This will be the second time that my wife and I went to a dealership to purchase a car.
  
  Erman, the person we talked with throughout the whole process, was helpful through and through. He answered all of our questions, even the ones that seemed redundant or obvious.
  
  The process went smoothly. We checked out a couple cars and we found one that we were really interested in. We found a minor issue with it but they promptly checked it out and fixed it.
  
  At the time of closing on the purchase, he offered to compare our loan rates, something that we completely didn't think of. Even though we went with our original loan, we really appreciated the fact that he reminded us about that.
  
  Overall, Erman made our purchasing experience painless and smooth. Considering how much horror story from people about dealerships, he dispelled that worry for us.

  Working with Erman was a treat! He made the process fast and easy and he gave me a great price on my trade in, as well as on my new to me vehicle. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a new ride!

  The Truck that I purchased from STLCARZ had a Title issue that was a result of the previous dealer not paying attention to detail. Even though it was not STLCARZ fault they quickly went to work to straighten it out and communicated with me along the way. STLCARZ went out of their way to ensure that my Title was corrected. Thanks STLCARZ for all you do. I Love my truck!! I have recommended STLCARZ to all my friends and family.

  Erman was great. Very polite. Answered all our questions. He made sure things were right. The whole process went smooth. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the building. Will be back when granddaughter starts driving and needs a vehicle.
