I've been using his services for years and it's always a pleasure and relief to know he's available. I've had my locks serviced with my car, front door, screen door, and surf racks. Once my car battery had died and I was unable to drive out to him as I had planned. He hopped into his van, came right over, and helped to restart my car so that I could take it to the service station. Once again, outstanding service! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!”

“I had a minor accident and reached out to the collision department at Pappas Toyota. I was treated with respect and kindness. Rob made sure I understood what needed to be done and worked very efficiently to get the work done professionally. I would never go anywhere else. Rob C. is a super employee and Pappas is lucky to have him. All the people there are great to work with from the greeters, sales, technicians, cashier and managers. Since my car was on site they did an oil change and tire rotation. Thanks to everyone!!!”
