“I've lived here for a year so far and it's been great compared to previous apartment complexes I've been at. There's routine maintenance around the vicinity to keep place looking nice, the residents are friendly, the staff responds rather quickly to any requests as I have as well. Maintenance also does a great job at stopping by to fix any issues that may arise at my apartment. The longest I've ever waited for a fix was 1 day and that was due to them being busy the day I requested it. I think the gym could use an upgrade for newer equipment and the pool could be just a tad cleaner (it gets quite a few leaves and twigs in it from the surrounding trees) but personally that's me being a little nit picky. I've still used both of the amenities and it's been great living here so far!”

“I love this apartment complex. It hasn't been perfect but it really has been an amazing experience. It's safe, so so quiet which I loved up until recently I've gotten some noisier neighbors around me lately and there are times when I can hear their music or kids, or them talking outside of their apartments which is loud because of the echo. I don't have, want, or like kids so it's a little annoying when they're around but I don't hear or see them often, which is great. Everyone has been nice and I don't have people Park in my space very often so that's great! I love where I live and the view from my apartment is great if you're facing the lake. I love seeing the birds out there. In the summer, Air conditioning issues are a problem to fix if it goes out but otherwise, all of my appliances and hot water and stuff works well.”

“Overall the apartment itself is very nice and well maintained. The carpet is in nice shape, the layout is nice, and I feel safe. The kitchen and bathtub/showers could benefit greatly from updates and the hot tub is constantly down for maintenance issues which is irritating when some people in this complex depend on it for therapeutic reasons (not me personally though). I wish the gym was maintained better too but the pool is usually nice at least. Overall I do like this place here a lot and I'll be sad to leave when we move out of state. The leasing office people are very nice too.”
