Very nice, prompt, and went the extra mile to ensure we had the right replacement windshield. The first glass arrived damaged and had to be sent back. The glass company canceled the replacement order so MVP drove to Springfield just to get the replacement for us. The installation was delayed a day due to the issue however, we had excellent communication with them throughout. We were notified of any changes and were more than happy to wait an extra day. They even completed the installation in our driveway which was very convenient. Their prices are very competitive which is helpful since our insurance deductible was quite a bit higher than the out of pocket cost for us. It was a no brainer and a lovely experience even though we had to deal with the bummer of a broken window. Thanks again, we won't hesitate to call in the future!
