I was promptly greeted a the door by a very cheerful person. I only waited about 3 minutes until Heather greeted me with a smile and how may I help you today? Heather is very friendly and passionate about the products and services they provided. The store is clean and well maintained. It was a joy doing business there today.

Bought an Apple Watch here and let me tell you what they have a worker named terry if you go ask for him he will make sure everything you need is taken care of. Terry is the definition of customer service done right, he’ll get his own store one day mark my words!! Much love for this man spent 3 hours helping me when he didn’t even have to thank you so much terry may we meet again.

Kevin is the representative who helped us when we went in to upgrade our phones. He was extremely helpful. We didn't currently have a military discount which he helped us add and also helped us lower the bill even more. He helped us find phones to suit our needs and explained everything about the phones to us. Kevin also transferred all our data from our old phones to the new phones while we waited and made sure everything went through correctly. Kevin was very kind, courteous, helpful and was very concerned that we were happy with our phones and that we understood everything. We appreciate all the time he spent with us. He knew all the products well. Ask for Kevin when you go in.

I came into this store looking to get my phone fixed/replaced. I ended up having. to file a claim on the phone. In order to make sure my warranty went through, a technician, Josh, called for us and had to stay on the phone with the company for almost 3 hours. In this entire process, every employee that helped us was incredibly patient and kind. They never made us feel like a burden, even though we probably were! I highly recommend this store for their awesome staff!
