What a delight it was working with Lori and Jeff - my fiancé came to Lori to craft my engagement ring, and together they spent weeks discussing the different options. Lori made herself incredibly available to answer his questions, and help him design something that was just right. The ring itself was perfect, really beautifully made. Lori truly went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience. 10/10 recommend this company to anyone with jewelry needs.

While window shopping in the Central West End I came across this wonderful jewel. The Silver Lady has a unique and beautiful inventory. Lori truly made my buying experience a joy and I will certainly return in the future. I have visited silver shops all over the world and The Silver Lady stacks up with ther best of them.
Lori was incredibly helpful and patient as I looked for an engagement ring. She helped me look at many options and helped me pick out stones that were meaningful and would suit my fiance well. Needless to say, my fiance loved the ring and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out!
Where should I start. I have known and loved this establishment for years. I have always purchased the most unique pieces from Lori. This last go was a true testament to just how amazing their service is there. Lori took a lot of her time helping me design a very important ring for my wife. It was a new setting for a grandmothers center stone and this had to be perfect! With Lori's patients and keen eye we came up with a beautiful piece that fit my budget and was done in time for Christmas. I cannot say enough about her and her wonderful business.
