  Franklin Specialist is my go to shop for everything from oil changes to bigger repairs. They are fair, honest and efficient. I save time and money by running every car need by them before ever considering the dealership. Their resources are unlimited and knowledge speaks to their work. I highly recommend.

  Seriously the sweetest, most genuine people. I needed somewhat extensive work done on my car. I absolutely will not go anywhere else for now on!

  My first time going there wasn’t even an hour ago but I had such a good experience here I’ve felt the need to write a review right away. Really polite service from when I first walked in until I was pulling my car off again. Dan seemed super knowledgeable and that he actually cares about his work. Explained the process of what was going on with my g35 and showed me as well so I could see for myself. Overall great experience. I just got here from Florida and have found the mechanic I’ll be going back to. Anyone with a Nissan brand car I’d highly recommend to here.

  This shop really knows their stuff. I had a problem with dashboard warning light that would come on after heavy rain. Went to many shops that could not pin down the problem. But Franklin spent the time and eventually located a partially plugged drain that would accumulate water behind the dash only when there is heavy flow. They installed a modified new draining nozzle and the problem hasn't occurred since the fix 8 months ago. I would highly recommend this shop.

  I've been coming here for 3 years now for my 2008 Inifiniti G35xS and it's honestly the best car repair shop anyone can ask for. I recently met Dan who took over the shop, and I know he will take good care of my car in years to come. He would listen so patiently, solve my problems in no time, and give me down-to-earth advises. On several occasions he refused to charge me anything because they were small fixes.
  And then there's Liezel who manages the front desk. She is such an angel and so much fun to talk to. I always feel welcomed and comfortable at the shop.
  In general, everyone I've met at Franklin Specialists have been genuine and helpful, and even if I consider buying a car that's not Nissan or Infiniti down the road, I would still come here!
