  I had to move to St. Louis for work, quickly! I was unable to visit St. Louis to view properties before I moved here. I really relied on my leasing agent to guide me. I wanted a nice place, in my price range, but also in a safe area. I decided to go with Radius Reality because the leasing agent was diligent in getting me area information, knowledge on what properties would be available and conducting video tours. April was very understanding of my situation. I've been here six months now and I'm really happy with the property she helped me find.

  I have to say I was a bit concerned when I moved in and my mother found my dishwasher was not working. :( Placing a maintenance request was easy and they not only responded within 24 hours but had someone out to look at it and fix it within 24 hours of me placing my request. I was so pleased to find out the reason it was not working was that it was brand new and connecting it needed to be competed.

  I fond myself responsible for my aunts property after she moved into a family members home. I'm not comfortable with selling her home at this time but I did not want to leave it vacant. The amazing team at Radius Realty made renting her property easy for me. They communicated every step of the way. Her home needed a little work done before tenants could move-in. They did the work quickly and stayed with in the budget I was given. With-in a few weeks I had a signed lease with a great tenant.

  Working with Radius Realty has taken the stress out of my move. I told Chris and the rental team what I was looking for and they were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive; they were also always professional and friendly -- moving can be such a hassle so it's nice when you have a good experience with the people involved! As a tenant, I've found them to be very prompt in dealing with maintenance issues, and they also give me notice well in advance if they need to come in, so I'm not caught off-guard. I highly recommend Radius!

  I was a tenant with Radius for 2 years - they were great to work with. Very responsive and fair. Due to a life change, I had to exit my lease early. They negotiated between me and the owner of the property to get to a place that helped both myself and the owner. The owner was out of state and was ready to sell the property, they were able to sell the property in less than 24 hours of being on market. Their maintenance staff was also great to work with - taking care of all the items I had in a timely, courteous manner. I would recommend them both as a tenant and, based upon how they helped the owner, I would recommend them to owners as well. They will care for your property and help you through whatever situation you have.
