On a variety of occasions he has provided us with a level of customer care we have not experienced in quite some time. His demeanor has always been customer first, he is polite and extremely knowledgeable. Half a dozen times similarly, however most recently, my wife needed an immediate prescription that none of the area Walgreens could fill due to lack of ingredients. Our doctor suggested a temporary alternative that Carl helped us with. He (once again) came out from behind his station, helped us select the appropriate product and even determined the most cost effective amount. Absolutely a great hire, congratulations on your determination to employ him.
