Very good customer service except for that one chick Angie but they got rid of her recently thank god
I am very pleased with the care my loved one has been given since he became a resident at Oak Park Care Center. The staff and most importantly the Administration is receptive to his needs and our families’ suggestions. The facility is always clean and no matter what time I visit, there has never been an unpleasant smell or unkind word. I have piece of mind knowing that his complex physical and mental and personal needs are being met. I am happy that the Nursing staff allow him to make some decisions about his care and encourage him to do things that he can to the best of his ability. He also likes the food and the spacious rooms.
Oak park is a great place. Very friendly staff , and a clean facility. I would recommend this facility to others. The faculty does Great work and is always very helpful to me and my family!
