  I love this place! Can't wait til it is safe and businesses are all open again. The hug your heart tea is amazing. I've been on medicine for sleep for years but thankful to have found a product like her sweet sleep tea that helps my mind be at ease before sleep and helps me to sleep better. Amanda is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place!

  Amanda is an incredibly gifted and knowledgeable healer! The products Forest & Meadow offer are a direct reflection of that. The formulas are effective, easy to use, and gentle! My two favorite formulas are the Stress Less, which helps your body's stress response (I have found it helps with sleep and recovery from workouts) and the Menstrual Cramp Relief (I have really bad cramps but this formula combined with omega-3s has eliminated the need for ibuprofen). Forest & Meadow products are a big part of my health tool kit and if you are new to herbs, it is a safe space to ask questions and figure out how herbs can support or improve your health and well being! Love this place!

  Amanda Jokerst is very knowledgeable and offered several suggestions noting studies to corroborate her knowledge. The shop is filled with tonics, syrups and glycerites in addition to a lovely herb filled wall. Great addition to the Lindenwood neighborhood!

  Amanda took great care of me during my (high-risk, twin) pregnancy, with both herbal advice and Maya Abdominal Therapy sessions. She is warm and genuine, a calming and caring presence through those long months and since- I got an incredible lactation tea from her that boosted my supply. My babies were born full-term and healthy, to which I credit all the incredible health-care practitioners who took care of us, and Amanda was a valuable part of that team.

  I have tried many many other products on the market, but in my opinion, nothing compares to the high quality products that Forest & Meadow produces. They use superior organic ingredients.
  
  I started using their Elderberry Syrup one year ago when I was already sick. It definitely shortened the cold/sickness time. In October, I started taking 1 tablespoon daily after my child kept bringing home all the germs and sickness from school. If my husband or child picks something up, I up my dose to 1 tablespoon in the morning and 1 in the evening. If I am already sick, I take 1 tablespoon every 3-4 hours. This stuff is seriously AMAZING.
  
  I am happy to report since October I have not gotten sick once. Everyone around me at home and work has been sick, not me. I don't think I can even thank Amanda enough!
  
  If you are looking for something to help with sickness in your house, I totally recommend the Elderberry Syrup from Amanda at Forest & Meadow. She is beyond accommodating. She even filled an order for me while boarding a plan for vacation!
