Just like another one of the renters here, my girlfriend and I were renting sight unseen which can be a stressful process. Tracy made the application and paperwork effortless, as she was very helpful and accommodating. We had one issue when we moved in as the carpet was desperately needing replacement in the living room, but again Tracy was there to save the day and was able to get our carpeted replaced rather quickly! We've only been here for a short time but are excited to call it home for the next year!

Tracy has been a gem and has made our experience here so wonderful. She is so thoughtful and has better follow up then I have ever experienced in an apartment complex. She really goes out of her way! She does a good job getting to know everyone and even got us a little gift when our baby was born. Would definitely recommend this nice quiet little community.

We moved to Vermont Apartments in November and the apartment and community has been amazing. We moved from out of state and Tracy at the office made the application and move so stress-less! Renting sight unseen was a stressful idea for us but Tracy made it so easy. From application to move-in day (after a 3 day drive) was so quick and easy and Tracy led us through the process every step of the way. I am so glad we chose to call Vermont home. This is definitely a place to stay long term. Everything works as it should, it was clean and fresh when we moved in and the office and maintenance is really responsive. I’d recommend Vermont to anyone!

Rented an apartment here for a year and a half. The front desk staff and maintenance personnel were always quick, helpful, and really made it feel like a community. The complex itself is well-maintained there is no garbage or vagrants. Central location is good, will become better when Traffic clears. Ultimately a great place to rent!
