(February 17, 2021, 11:35 am)We were in St. Louis from out of town and required medical care. We found Total Access Urgent Care through a search for urgent care clinics nearby. We received compassionate care from the nurses to the nurse practitioner who cared for us. The APRN stated several times “Let us care for you. We want to get you feeling better!” The front desk staff was friendly and made signing in and getting registered quick and easy. Highly recommend!

(February 16, 2021, 10:54 am)The med techs, staff, doctors, everyone I encountered during my visit, were AMAZING. I've never felt so well-cared for at an Urgent Care before. Honestly, I don't know if I've ever felt so well-cared at any health-related visit I've had. They were all truly so nice, competent, and were not in a rush. Totally recommend.

(January 17, 2021, 11:51 am)The staff was courteous and efficient. Did not take long to be seen and everything was explained to me before it was done! The facility was spotless and well organized. The Dr was great and friendly and he also gave clear information to me. I would definitely recommend going to this place!!

(December 22, 2020, 4:45 pm)The wait time was efficient, I filled out some paperwork, which took about 15 minutes and I paid for my services at that time. The front desk person was very polite and professional, as well as the Doctor who listened to me and advised me of what needs to happen next. The rooms were nice and clean and they smelled good! Overall, my experience was excellent and pleasant and I will recommend this facility for all. Dr. Bena is a very nice and compassionate person.
