Three words: Above and Beyond. Christopher and his team do this on the regular. They went the extra mile to ensure our house was in the best shape possible for selling; going through and detailing small things that we stopped noticing after time. We cleaned up and fixed and rearranged so much that we almost wanted to stay. Our house was sold quickly!

As a buyer, he and his team were always flexible and gave us insight on houses JUST getting on the market and enabled us to be first on scene on more than one occasion. Their experience with STL city is unrivaled and is incredibly helpful knowing how sound an investment might be.

They have vision and were really helpful in talking through potential in some easy rehab work we had envisioned. He and his team really made us comfortable taking the leap. Every step of the process was easy and clear. And he makes closing day incredibly special.

Christopher and his team are the BEST! They made everything so easy for us while also being such advocates for us. Christopher is incredibly organized so he kept us on track with everything in a way that made things feel rather effortless for us. He did most of the heavy lifting (figuratively) :) so we had little to worry about. He really knows his stuff, too! We were impressed by how much he seemed to understand about the intricacies not only of real estate, but also of old houses. We HIGHLY recommend Christopher!

Christopher and his team have such a calming presence when you are getting ready to sell and buy a house (which can be extremely emotional). We bought and sold a house with them, and would never think to pick another team to help aid in this endeavor. They have great resources for helping with last minute improvements, and keep you on target for a smooth closing. I am forever grateful to this team for helping us sell our home this past fall to a wonderful family. You cannot go wrong with this team.

Could not recommend more. Incredibly helpful every step of the way and attentive. His attention to every detail in the houses was so helpful. He would identify many potential problems or issues that we would not have seen or noticed on our own.

I did not think that selling a home could be anything less than a stressed-out nightmare. Then Christopher walked into our lives and made all the difference. If you want to understand what is happening in your real estate deal, why it's happening and why it's important, Christopher is the one. He is a born educator as well as an amazing marketer, and that combination made the whole process such a pleasure! I felt we were working together to solve problems and make decisions as they came up, and that kind of agency really meant a lot to me and my husband. On a personal note, selling our old home was difficult for us emotionally - we had loved it so much - and Christopher was understanding and patient (oh my gosh - he should set up a therapist's sideline....!) and never rushed us. I can honestly say that everything you read about him on the Circa website is absolutely true. And when it came to closing the deal, all the advice CT had given us paid off handsomely with multiple offers, all over the asking price. It's tempting to move sometime soon, just to work with Christopher and Circa again...
