“This will be the only body shop I'll go to. I got a deep scratch (dented on my passenger door) and I got 3 quotes from nearby auto shops. All the shops came in with a repair estimate that took 5-6 days, and Brian at BMR came in at the lowest. I dropped off my car with Brian on a Monday morning. I asked him if he could do it quicker I would appreciate it so I can get back to driving my kids around. He said no problem, he'll get it done by Friday. I pay 50% upfront, and Brian asked whether I had a ride to work, and when I said I hadn't arranged one, he gave me a lift! Two days later, on Wednesday, Brian messages me tells me he worked overnight to get the job done! I hadn't planned on picking on Wednesday so I wouldn't be able to get to his shop until after closing -- he says, no problem, I can wait for you. I pick up my car, and the work is done beautifully. He removed the deep dent/scratch from my car, painted the rear passenger side door, and blended the new paint into the front passenger door and the rear panels. The result is the car looking like new! Fantastic customer service with a personal touch, great work, and highly recommended!”

“They fixed my muffler but they charged me $40 more than they said it would cost. I somewhat understand that bids aren't set in stone, but they didn't even mention the price difference. I guess I should have been paying more attention when checking out, because I didn't notice until I got my bank statement. Besides that they did a great job and are super nice. UPDATED: After having a nice conversation with the owner, I realize that the $40 difference is from shop cost and taxes. However the owner still said I could come pick up the $40 because he didn't want an unhappy customer!! I told him that is very nice of him but that I understand the difference now and that won't be necessary. Then he said that the next time I need an oil change to come on in and they will do it for free! Very nice and a great business man!! Also, after 3 weeks of having my muffler fixed it still sounds and runs great!! I'm all around happy with their service and would suggest to anyone who needs car care!”
