“Went 1 hour out of my way to go here for a reatoration project on a peterbilt that needed a lot of love...they qouted me a price and once they got into it they realized how much extra work it was gonna be because there was 6 coats of paint on it as they went along they kept finding more issues but when i showed up to pick truck up they charged me exactly what they had qouted because of that i will keep bringing trucks to them to get painted it took a while to complete the project which was fine because i told them no rush work on it when you have time and i called the painter (nate) even after hours) 2 times a week from day one and he kept me up to date with pics and info nonstop through the process...we will see you guys again this coming summer for the next project thank you”

“We recently purchased a 2017 Ford F150 and it only came with one key FOB and the ignition key is built in. You press a button and it flips out like a switchblade. The dealer wanted $190 for the new key FOB, $90 to program it and another $75 to laser cut it which would have totaled $355 for just one spare key and I wanted to so I told them where to go in a not so nice manner. I was also told that the laser cut process and the programming would take hours to perform. I purchased 2 brand new identical key FOBs online without the little Ford emblem sticker on the back for a grand total of $56 with free shipping. I went to A-All Locksmith and they laser cut both keys in under 10 minutes and it took him another 10 minutes to go out to the truck and program both keys FOBs. All for only $75 so two new key fobs, laser cutting and programming, I spent a total of $131 for 2 spare keys. Their main location is in Crystal City on Main St but they don't laser cut keys there.”

“My brother has been at the Carrie Elligson/Gietner home for 10 years. I am a RN and former nursing home administrator. My brother has had some serious medical issues this summer resulting in a decline in his abilities; mentally and physically. Over the last two months the nursing staff and therapy staff has nursed him back to a near normal state of health! The staff is amazing! Over the last ten years issues have arisen at times, but I have found that both the nurses and Kathy, the Administrator, have always listened to me and addressed the issues. Additionally my brother is young and suffers from severe mental health issues. Through the years he has had times where he has yelled out due to his anxiety. I know this behavior is difficult to deal with. Thankfully Kathy and the nursing staff are dedicated to keeping him there and compassionately have helped him through these difficult moments. Other nursing homes would have easily given me 30 days to move him. I know it is hard to pick a nursing home for your loved one. There is no perfect place, even if you can afford a high end home. Beautiful and wonderful things happen in nursing homes every day. Do not let the negative nursing home image cloud your judgment. Also keep in mind a beautiful place does not equal great care. A marginal looking home does not equal bad care. A highly involved Nursing Home Administrator, Director on Nurses along with a caring staff-nursing, dietary, housekeeping and maintenance is what makes any nursing home a good place to be. I have found all these components exist at the Gietner Home. My brother considers them his family, and we would both be lost without them.”
