(March 1, 2022, 10:50 pm)Thanks to workers in TB department (Sarah, Jennifer, and TB department manager), I need to get my TB blood test but the workers on the first floor turn me away. I have an appointment before I went there, but they turn me away and didn’t bother to check with TB department. TB department manager follow up with the case and have me come back. The manager make sure I got my blood test done and worker Sarah is really nice she walk me to the phlebotomist! Very professional TB team!

Answered all my questions and gave me resources to contact if I don’t receive my documents on time which I didn’t even have to ask for.
