Regions Bank

They are very professional, understanding and explained everything to me detail after detail, to the point where I understood everything that they were explaining to me, and would definitely recommend anyone to bank there.

I think Regions is fantastic. I don't have a lot of money but they still treat me as a number 1 customer. I normally do all my business at the ATM or Video Teller where I can cash checks, make deposits, get cash, everything from my car. They have plenty of ATM/VIDEO TELLERS I think 3 in all, that I have very rarely had to wait to do business. When an unknown company tried to make a $90 withdraw from my checking THEY CALLED ME AND DENIED THE TRANSACTION. My boyfriend goes down the street to Commerce and they are definitely behind in technology, customer service, ATM availability, the drive thru is ALWAYS over loaded with cars and the wait time can be very irritating. I AM SO HAPPY I CHOSE REGION'S BANK.
